This report combines portal activity, Career Discovery Quiz responses, saved career-planning outputs, Virtual Workdays, and resume/interview activity for the selected period. It is intended to support careers program planning. Individual student data should be kept confidential and handled in accordance with your school privacy policy.

Branding
No school logo uploaded
Square and wide logos are both supported.
PNG, JPG, SVG or WEBP, up to 2MB. Extra blank/transparent margins are removed automatically so the actual logo displays at a useful size. The artwork itself is never stretched or distorted.
Student portal: once a logo is saved, it becomes the primary brand in the student toolbar and appears larger on the home page. The Student Connexion remains as the platform/partner brand.

What each year level can see
Turn off a module for a year group if it's not relevant yet — for example, hiding the Resume Builder from Year 9. A module left on for everyone by default.
Portal activities
Prepare and year-tag interactive lessons ahead of launch. Not live for students yet — this saves the activity and its year levels to the database now, so it's ready to switch on the moment the in-portal activity player ships.
Advisors
Advisors you add can view and manage student data for your school, but cannot change branding or add other advisors.
